An expression of gratitude doesn't seem enough when talking about the phenomenal job Rachel did assisting our family with our father's passing. Her professionalism and poise helped us through an already difficult time and she was always one step ahead in meeting our needs and providing counsel regarding next steps. Like any organization it's about the team, and no doubt the team made this happen, but Rachel was the face of the Cody White to our family and we are grateful for the job she did.

Sharing a note of deep gratitude for all your assistance with the arrangements for my uncle. My whole family and his wide circle of friends are grateful for the care, compassion and true professionalism of your entire team as we planned and implemented his final goodbye. Rachel followed through on every detail, helped manage the Mass and burial and was responsive even over a holiday weekend. Her kind gentle demeanor was very comforting. Also, at the wake and the day of the funeral, Tony was a terrific partner. He tended to every wish, organized our many photos, supported our big family and was truly a delight to deal with. He kept me informed of every detail and ensured my family had the very best care. Thank you for making such a sad time so easy on our family and so perfectly executed. We are blessed to have been in your compassionate care.

I would be remiss if I did not comment on the professionalism, compassion, patience and understanding given to us by Rachel Cimbak during this very difficult time.   Rachel /Cody-White went far beyond any expectations that we may have had, especially in light of this trying COVID period.  All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.  Every detail was planned perfectly.   Her guidance was appreciated far more than she will ever know.  Thank you Rachel/Cody-White for providing such outstanding services.

Cody White provided impeccable profesional service.. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. Every detail was created in the most loving and caring manner. If there was an award for the most elite funeral company they would win hands down. Amanda was superior in her level of knowledge and was a true professional.
