My deepest condolences. For all of us, it will be difficult to fill this huge empty space that it leaves to us. We all remember Joe with joy.

I will always remember Joe and what a beautiful soul he was. He was an amazing friend to have... the kind of friend that makes you laugh when your down, helps you in your time of need, encourages you when you've lost your way, and would be there for you as fast as he could if you needed help no matter what time of the day or night. It's easy to find friends that you just have fun with. . But, to have a friend that is there like that in between the fun times. . That's a gift from God. . An angel that walked among us . . I am so saddened by his sudden passing. . My very deepest condolences and sympathy for the family and all those who are hurting from this heartbreaking loss. There is a poem that came to mind that I hope will help.
AFTER GLOW. I'd like the memory of me
to be a good one,
I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles
when day is done.
I'd like to leave an echo
whispering so fly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times
and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve
to dry before the sun,
Of happy memories that I leave behind
when day is done.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I did not die.

I was so sad to read this as Joe was my student. I recall his sense of humor and wanting to help others. Rest In Peace, Joe.
