Richard E. Fisk, age 77, of Milford CT, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by his loving family.  Richie was born in Scranton, PA on September 13, 1940 and was the son of the late Earl and Sophie (Krawczyk) Fisk.

He graduated from Platte Technical School in Milford, CT as a Machinist and went on to successfully establish Specialty Tool Company, manufacturing parts for U.S. Motors, Avco Lycoming, and Sikorsky Aircraft both internationally and domestically for over 50 years.

Richie loved emotionally supporting his family and serving others.  Throughout the course of his lifetime, he volunteered as a Milford fireman, an EMT assistant, a member of the Milford board of finance, a prison counselor, and an AA sponsor to numerous individuals.  He also donated his time and talents at various food banks and homeless shelters.  He served both as a Euphuistic Minister and Sacristan at St James Church, in addition to serving in the Children’s ministry and youth ministry at Kingdom Life Church.  He also provided continuous donations to support the efforts of the Dream Center in Los Angeles, California and the Bridgeport Rescue Mission in Connecticut.

Some of the activities Richie enjoyed during his lifetime included hunting, boating, golf, tennis, coaching his children’s little league teams, country and Christian music.  He primarily loved reading, studying and sharing the Bible with everyone whom he came in contact.

He is survived by his beloved wife of nineteen years, Sharon (Jalbert) Fisk, with whom he shared a committed relationship with for a total of thirty-one years.

He is also survived by his loving children Deborah Fisk and her spouse Rena Seaman, Richard Fisk and his spouse Maria (Martorelli) Fisk, Robert Fisk and his spouse Kimberly Fisk, Dawn (Jalbert) Sutton and her spouse John Sutton, David Jalbert and his spouse Mara (Rosenwald) Jalbert.  He is survived by thirteen beloved grandchildren, Richard Fisk, Sophia Fisk, Lexi Fisk, Alex Fisk, Robert Fisk, Michael DeMino, Alyssa DeMino, Hannah Sutton, Chase Sutton, Reid Sutton, Grayson Jalbert, Colton Jalbert and Dale Trudel-Seaman. He was predeceased by one loving sister Merle Fisk.
