Richard G. Grover, age 61, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Milford Hospital after several years of battling primary lateral sclerosis and lung cancer. He was born December 22, 1955 in New Haven and was a lifelong area resident. He was predeceased by his parents, Cecil (Buster) and Julia Mosca Grover.

Richard "Richie" retired with over 30 years from New England Motor Freight. He loved his dogs, the New York Yankees, and New York Giants. His lifelong passion was riding his HD motorcycles and attending Bike Weeks across the country with his close friends. Richie was very proud of making the November 1995 cover of In the Wind magazine. He was a member of the Huns Motorcycle Club in the 1970s and remained forever a "brother" staying in touch with them to the end.

He is survived by several cousins and many friends. Memorial donations may be made to ALS Association Connecticut Chapter at http://alsact.org. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Kings Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford, CT 06460.
