Angelo Grande, 70, of West Haven, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2018. Angelo was born on April 17, 1948 in New Haven, CT to the late Pasquale and Donata Grande.
Angelo was an employee of the United States Postal Service for 35 years until his retirement in 2003. He was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and drove patients to and from treatments for over 28 years. Angelo was an avid bowler. He played in several leagues, bowled a perfect game and even won many trophies.
Angelo is survived by his sisters, Marie Corso and Antoinette Cunningham; sister-in-law, Marissa Grande; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Caroline Grande and his brother, Fiore Grande. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Raphael Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.
Friends and family may call on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. with a Prayer Service to commence at 11:15 a.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. Burial will be private.
