Bertha Louise Mollica

Bertha L. Rogers, Mollica, 92, of Oxford, CT, formerly of Milford, CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. Born in Rensselaer, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ellen and Robert Rogers. 

Bertha was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph Mollica and is survived by her loving children, Anne Smith (Tom), Sharon Murphy-Shutts, Julie Reimer (George), David Mollica, Susan Mollica, Kim McDonald (Patrick), Mari-Beth Bevilacqua (George), Lisa Andrea, her brother Edward Rogers (Joan) and sister Esther Ogden.  She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Bertha was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who devoted much of her time to family. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading.

Friends and family may call on Monday, April 30th from 10 am till 12 noon at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Milford, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
