Beverly Ann Jablonsky

Beverly Ann (Mahoney-Slosser) Jablonsky, 82, of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Felix Jablonsky, passed away peacefully August 29, 2019. Born on May 24, 1937, in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late James and Jeanette Mahoney.   

Beverly loved and enjoyed family get togethers. She was a member of the Red Hatters “Awesome, Wonderful and Wild” of Derby. Beverly was a breast cancer survivor for 14 years only to have to battle once more.

Beverly is survived by her sister, Maureen Basso of Ocala, FL; daughter, MaryAnn (Paul) Niedmann of Naugatuck; son, Francis Slosser of West Haven; loving grandsons, Michael (Brittany) Slosser of Derby, Christopher (Vanessa) Kardasz of Naugatuck, and Bryant (Kathryn) Kardasz of West Haven; great grandchildren, Amelia Slosser of Derby and Gabriel Gonzalez of Naugatuck; godchildren, James Basso, Valerie Cianciola, and Donna Marie Spodnik; dear friends, Geraldine Lupoli and Barbara Tasinelli; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Francis “Frank” Slosser; and brothers, Daniel, Michael, Bernard, Edward, John, and Patrick.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at 11 a.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. Interment will follow at Saint Michael Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Ave., Stratford, CT. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Smilow Cancer Hospital for Pediatrics.
