Carl D. Pisacane

Carl D. Pisacane, 74, of Milford, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2021.  Born on November 2, 1946 in Derby, CT he was the son of the late Carl J. and Mary Pisacane.  

Above all else, Carl loved being a father and grandfather. He coached his children’s sports as they grew up and enjoyed family vacations to Cape Cod. Carl loved boating, the ocean, cars and cowboy movies. Having a sweet tooth, ice cream and Hershey bars were never safe in Carl’s presence. He loved all types of food and took advantage of daytime naps.

Carl leaves behind his children, Russell W. Pisacane, Karen (Mark) Pisacane-Robinson, and Donald J. (Jessica) Pisacane; grandchildren, Jimmy and Justin Davenport, Lexi Robinson, and Ryan, Joshua, Ava, and Olivia Pisacane; sister-in-law, Rebecca Pisacane; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Carl also leaves behind his fiancé, Patty Kvancz. He was predeceased by his wife, Sharon Southard Pisacane; and siblings, Rosemary (Fred) Platt and Ralph Pisacane.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff on the 10th Floor at Bridgeport Hospital for their loving and attentive care.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at a walk-through wake on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Due to gathering size restrictions, a limited number of people will be allowed in the building at one time. Masks and social distancing will be required.
