David Anthony Baviello

David Anthony Baviello, 29, of East Haven, passed away on April 2, 2018. Born in New Rochelle, NY on January 11, 1989, he was the son of Anthony Baviello and Laura Craft.

For all who knew Dave, we know the world lost one of a kind. He was a special soul. Dave was a graduate of Amity Regional High School and Southern Connecticut State University. Dave’s passion was football and working with young athletes. He loved volunteering his time to the New Haven Howling Wolves football program.  He was an avid sports fan and could often be heard providing commentary, like only Dave could do, on whatever the big game was. 

Dave is survived by his devoted and loving parents and two brothers Christopher and Nick, the love of his life Marisa Messer-Belenchia, Grandparents Sylvia Craft, Anthony and Nicolina Baviello, as well as loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Dave is predeceased by some special friends he loved and always kept in his heart, and by his grandfather, Larry Craft with whom he shared a liking for Fats, Ella, and Louis.

Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. Burial will be private.
