David R. Kandrach

David J. Kandrach, 73, of Milford Connecticut passed away peacfully on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.  David was born on October 28, 1944 in the city of Bridgeport Connecticut to John and Dorothy Kandrach.  Dave is survived by two brothers, Pepper (Cindy) of Milford and George from Florida.  Dave also leaves to cherish his memory four children, Richard and Shane and Danielle and Michelle, and six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews

  David serviced his country proudly for four years in the United States Air Force.  David was given several service stars for his service to his country.  Dave was also a tool and die maker having worked for Avco, Milford Automatics and other manufacturing shops.  Dave will always be remembered for his walks, and for always having a book in his hand, he was an avid reader.  Dave was predeceased by his loving parents and by his former wife, Lois.  The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 10 am at the Veteran Cemetery in Middletown, CT  with full military honors.
