Deborah E. Hardt, 64, of Milford, beloved wife of Richard L. Hardt, Sr., passed away on October 12, 2021. Born on April 3, 1957 in New Haven, CT, she was the daughter of Virginia LeCleir and the late Raymond LeCleir.
In addition to her mother and husband, Debbie is survived by her children, Richard L. (Dina) Hardt, Jr., Jennifer (Albert) Zuppe, and Keri (Martin) Dempsey; grandchildren, Dante and Mia Hardt, Taylor and Alyssa Zuppe, and Finnegan and McKenna Dempsey; predeceased by her brother, Charlie LeCleir survived by his wife Lori; her brother, Gary (Karen) LeCleir, Sr.; her nephew, Gary (Alison) LeCleir, Jr.; many other extended family members; and her beloved dog, Champ.
Debbie was a lifelong Milford resident. She attended Point Beach School and graduated from Johnathan Law High School in 1975. Debbie worked at Costco Wholesale in Milford for 27 years. She loved to travel with her family and her best friends. She lived for her family and especially her 6 grandkids.
We would like to thank Dr. Gulden Menderes and her entire team at Smilow for their dedicated care and support of our mother through her fight with cancer this last year.
Friends and family may call from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 BROAD ST., MILFORD, CT. A Memorial Service will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. A luncheon will immediately follow the memorial service at the Italian American Club 85 Chase Ln, West Haven, CT.
