Devin Michael Howard

It is with great sadness we announce Devin Michael Howard, 10, of Orange, beloved son of Ryan and Courtney Howard, passed away on September 24, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

Devin was something special.  His most cherished moments were those he spent with Aiden and Rylie, going on adventures with his family and being with his friends. He was our epilepsy warrior who won the hearts of all who were blessed to have met him. We will always remember that grin, his charm and sense of humor, his amazing fashion sense and his fearlessness.  

Along with his parents, Devin also leaves behind his beloved siblings, Rylie and Aiden Howard; grandparents, Mary and Garry Smith, Denise Howard, Bill and Luisa Howard; aunts and uncles, Brian and Bethanie Smith, Jennifer and Kevin Price, Chrissy Howard and John Hayes, and Sean Howard; cousins, Sierra and Liam Price, Logan and Max Smith; and so many more extended family, friends, and all of those whose lives Devin left an impact on.

The Howard Family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Yale New Haven Children's Hospital for their incredible care provided to Devin and the entire family; and a very special thanks to Dr. Vinita Knight and Dr. Eyiyemisi Damisah.  There will forever be a special place in our hearts for the Racebrook School staff and students, who have loved and supported Devin every step of the way. 

Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT 06460. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you hold memorial contributions to support the Walk to End Epilepsy for Team Devin.
