I am incredibly sorry for your loss. It's fantastic that he used his time here bonding with those around him, especially his family. Life is far too short and has so many unexpected challenges, but know that the true, living God can help us see them through, even if it's a loss as sad as this. -Psalms 34:18

My hearts and prayers are with his family.

Nancy, Matt & Your Entire Family,

So very sorry for the loss of Ed ---- we had only met him a few times at Christmas parties & cookouts at your house, but Ed was someone you would like instantly and his smile would light up any room. His loss here on earth is for sure Heavens gain. Fly high Ed ---- you truly have gained your Angel wings.

Eddie already made God's All-Star Team in Heaven. Not only was he a wonderful person on earth during good health, he exemplified even more dignity and grace during his challenges, always maintaining a positive attitude and showing us all what an ultimate fighter is all about.
He has made us all better people in this short journey we call life. May he rest in pain free peace…

Ed was a pleasure to work with. We could always count on him to help - no matter how challenging the task. And, he did it all with a smile and a good dose of humor. Our team lost a very special member and we will all miss him very much.

I'm very sorry for your family's loss. I knew Ed a little bit many years ago when I worked at Subway. I played on a couple of softball teams with him. While I was never a good friend of his, his smile and humor was always infectious, I found. He seemed like the type of person you would like being around and seemed like he really enjoyed life. I was truly saddened to hear of his passing.

Please accept my condolensces. May time heal your soul and may the memories of your time together comfort you.

I had the pleasure of knowing Ed for 19 years. We not only worked together, we played together. I was on the bowling league with him for about 8 years and they were some of the best times. I can look back at them with a smile. A month ago, I told Ed he was an inspiration to me. The fight in him was truly amazing. I will miss him but I will cherish the memories of our fun times together. My condolences to his son (he truly adored) and family. We now have a guardian angel. God speed Ed.
