Gary Laubscher

On Wednesday, September 1, 2021, Gary N. Laubscher, loving son of Irving Laubscher and Goldie Laubscher passed away at the age of 68. He was born on November 21, 1952 in Milford, CT.

Gary spent his early years in Milford, Ct where he eventually moved back and lived in his original home where he was raised. As an adult Gary spent most of his life as a landscaper; his company Harborview Landscaping LLC served customers throughout the state for decades. Friends knew Gary as unique, he projected a sense of innocence with a caring heart. Gary struggled with health issues later in life, but he continued working throughout the difficult times, never giving up. Gary had hobbies he enjoyed playing drums, driving sports cars to Litchfield County and Newport, RI was a treat when he did take time off. Gary's mother Goldie taught him to have an appreciation to dress well, Gary loved to get dressed up and dine out.
Gary's cheerful attitude and gift of gab will be missed by all who knew him in the community. 

Family and friends may gather on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. A Memorial Service will take place at 6:00 p.m. that evening at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
