Giovanni Coppola

Giovanni Coppola, age 90, sadly passed away on December 29, 2020.  Born June 29, 1930, in Faicchio, BN, Italy, he spent time in Italy, England, and in the US where he retired from the City of West Haven, Public Works Department. During his retirement, he spent his time between Italy and Connecticut. He was a kind man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is predeceased by his wife Maria. He is survived by his daughter, Massima (Erasmo) Lunato; his son, Salvatore (Karen) Coppola; and his three granddaughters, Mia Coppola, Rachael Lunato and Gianna Coppola. He is also survived by his sister, Iolanda, of Italy, and many family members in Italy.

With COVID concerns, his family has decided to postpone services until it is safe for all. A Catholic Mass will be planned at a later date, and he will be laid to rest in Italy with his wife when his family can safely travel.
