I was saddened to learn of your mother’s passing this past week. I met her several years ago when you were recovering in the hospital. I remember her as being cheerful and extremely proud of you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Helen. She was an amazing lady and will be sadly missed by so many. I have fond memories of her coming to the Orange Senior Center where I have worked for the past 15 years. Helen was involved in so many different things, whether it was playing pinochle, being an escort for so many of our trips or playing Bocci. I have even had to honor of going to a couple of happy hours with her and my previous co-workers. She was a delight to be around. God Bless!
