Jack Joseph Pargen, 13, of Milford, passed away peacefully into eternal rest on June 30, 2022. Born on March 21, 2009 in New Haven, he was the son of Johnny and Pamela Pargen.
Jack blessed everyone he touched. He was a country and blues lover, as music made him smile with his infamous “ahhh”. Traveling was Jack’s jam. At the beach Jack was happiest with his toes in the sand, wind in his hair, hanging in his chair. As much as he enjoyed the beach, lake time was cherished family time, hanging on “Jacks dock”, taking afternoon boat rides and hiking with dad in his backpack.
Jack had the best time with all of his friends. They danced with him, read with him and lovingly cared for him.
Home life was all about snuggling with dad, napping with Brady and kisses from mom.
Along with his parents, Jack leaves behind Brady, his aunts and uncles, Gerhard (Evelyn) Pargen, Jeanne Bodine Pritchard, Barbara (Edward) Winkler, Deborah (Dominic) Mittelholzer, and Wayne Schrimp; cousins, Arianna Pargen, Barrett Pritchard, Nash Pritchard, Daniel Cerretelli, Christopher Cerretelli, Mariah Medina, and Olivia Mittelholzer; grandmother, Erna Pargen; and many more cousins, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT 06460.
