James L. Musante

James L. Musante, 67, of Milford, beloved husband of Charlotte Musante, passed away on May 28, 2018. Jim was a generous and outgoing person who had many interests during his life.  He loved to prepare and cook for his family.  He made and smoked Kielbasa every spring for Easter to share with his family.  His pride and joy was his Vegetable Garden.  Neighbors and family were always welcome to come over share the bounty of his amazing garden.  Even though he loved his garden his real joy was boating and fishing.  He was always drawn to the sea. He was an avid fisherman.  He was a long time member of the East End Yacht Club in Bridgeport, CT.  You could always find Jim fishing with his friends and enjoying their company.

Jim is survived by his wife Charlotte Musante (Milford, CT), Stepsons: Michael Corarito, Terry Corarito and grandchildren Thaylia and Braydon; and his very close friends Jay Lane, Bill Carlson and Carl Rehnberg. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters: Charles (Florida), Robert (Monroe, CT) and Joseph (Fairfield, CT) and sisters Mary La (Georgia),  Kathleen Murray (Delaware), Margaret Armitage (North Carolina) and Evelyn Musante (Fairfield, CT) and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank A. and Katherine M Musante, his son James and brother Frank L. Musante.
