James Glass Turnbull Jr.

James Glass Turnbull, 68, of Milford, beloved husband of Melissa (Hopkins) Turnbull, passed away on July 9, 2022. Born on August 6, 1953 in New Rochelle, NY, he was the son of James Glass Turnbull, Sr. and the late Jo Golliday Turnbull.

In addition to his father and his wife, James is survived by his children, Jamie (Roxy) Turnbull, Kate (Sean & Winnie) Fisher, and Alexandra (Matthew Jurczyk & Harry) Turnbull. 

To all, James was known as the life of the party, someone you could talk to about anything, and of course, the most amazing chef. He was a friend to all, whether you were close to him, or checking out his groceries. He knew everyone's name & life story because he was genuinely interested. He had a super power of making you feel special in a way no one else could. James was an avid reader & writer and always used his personal experiences to tell a story. His sense of humor brightened every room and to most, an uncontrollable laughter to follow. He loved his children more than anything in the world and will be deeply missed. Papa, Mr. T, JG, you will be loved always.
