Jane Beams

Jane Beams, 77, of Milford, beloved wife of 50 years to the late Richard Beams, passed away on February 28, 2021. Jane was born on December 23, 1943 to the late Sam and Jane Bavero.

Jane worked for many years as a receptionist at a Milford dental office. She was fun, outgoing and loving and always had a smile for everyone. Jane loved to tell jokes and listen to music from the 1950’s. She greatly enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her family and her loving dog, Phoebe.

She leaves behind her son, Scott Beams, and his wife, Carolyn, and her granddaughters, Angelia and Adriana Beams.

Family and friends may pay their respects at a walk-through wake on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. A limited number of people will be allowed in the building at one time, masks and social distancing will be required. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at http://www.cancer.org/ or the Alzheimer's Association at http://alz.org/ct.
