Jeraldine Brown

Jeraldine A. Brown, 71, of Milford, beloved wife of 51 years to Andrew Brown, passed away on January 31, 2021. Born on December 28, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Bertrum and Ruth Marshall. 

Jerri was a graduate of Jonathan Law High School and a lifelong Devon resident. She spent most of her career as a secretary at the University of Bridgeport where she made many friends. She spent her retirement dedicated to her family and loved nothing more than spending every moment she could with her grandchildren crafting, baking and laughing. She was known by everyone she met for her smile and outgoing personality. 

Along with her husband, Jerri is survived by her daughter, Tricia Izzo and her husband, Joseph; grandchildren, Avery and Chase Izzo; and extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her brother, Jeffrey Marshall. 

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford. Due to gathering restrictions, only 25 people are allowed inside at a time and masks are required.
