Julia DeMennato

Julia Marie Gale DeMennato, 98, beloved wife of the late Louis DeMennato, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2018 at Orange Health Care Center. She was a 1939 graduate of the Hospital of St. Raphael School of Nursing.  

Julia is survived by her three daughters, Elizabeth (James) Miller of Orange, CT, Rosemary Renda of Guilford, CT and Barbara DeMennato of Southbury, CT. Additionally, she leaves behind seven grandchildren, Matthew Renda, Robert (Kathryn) Miller, Sara Renda (Jason) Grauch, Paul (Vanessa) Miller, Scott Miller, Elizabeth Renda and Katherine Renda (Greg) Blinn; and seven great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Orange Health Care Center for their excellent care and compassion.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Rd., Orange. Interment will be at Orange Center Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Orange Health Care Center, 225 Boston Post Rd., Orange, CT 06477.
