Kathy Dwyer

Kathleen M. Dwyer, 63, of Milford, Connecticut, beloved wife of the late Mark Gilbert, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2022. Born on May 5, 1959 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Horn) Dwyer and Robert Dwyer Sr.

Kathy had a deep passion for animals and had many pets over the years. She never hesitated to show love and compassion for any animal she came across. She also loved going to the beach and spending her time with her friends on Park Avenue. Kathy also enjoyed tending to her garden.

Kathleen is survived by her sister, Kimberly (John) Ciesla; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her Husband, Mark Gilbert; and her parents, Robert and Mary Dwyer; her sister, Jerilynn (Donald) Hoover; and her brother, Robert (Barbara) Dwyer Jr.

Kathy will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Friends and family may call on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 BROAD STREET, MILFORD, CT. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. at Cody-White Funeral Home. An interment will follow at Milford Cemetery, 35 Gulf Street, Milford, CT.
