He came into this world on June 20, 1995, bringing joy and kindness to everyone around him.  Ken spent the early part of his youth growing up in parts of California and Arizona.  In 2006, his family moved to Corona, California where he was a proud member of the Boy Scout Troop #54.   Combining his love for the outdoors and his commitment to be a community service role model, Ken achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in 2012.  Shortly thereafter, he graduated with the Class of 2013 from Santiago High School. Ken pursued his interest in engineering and love of the ocean by attending the California Maritime Academy.

He was also the 2E divisional executive officer responsible for training underclassmen during his senior cruise.  In April 2017, he graduated from Cal Maritime and accepted a position with Granite Services Inc. (GE Company) as a Field Engineer.

Ken was an avid and accomplished PADI Rescue Diver, backpacker, extreme skier, climber, golfer, chef, and environmental advocate, to name a few. Ken loved the ocean and all its beautiful animals and reefs.  Dedications in memory of Ken can be made to www.ProjectAware.org under Kenny’s Memorial Fund to keep the oceans and reefs healthy.
