Kevin K. Fisher

Kevin Kimm Fisher, 37, of Milford, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2020. Born on February 16, 1983 in Stamford, he was the son of Kimm and Kim Fisher.  

Kevin attended Jonathan Law High School, but learned much more from how he lived his life. Kevin lived in each and every moment. He questioned everything he was taught. He always asked how or why. His constant curiosity and desire to blaze his own trail led him down many interesting pathways and to many adventures. Kevin traveled across the US and back many times—surfing the waves on both coasts, hiking in National Parks, and stopping at off-the-beaten-path towns—and enjoyed the freedom and experiences of the open road. Music was the engine to Kevin’s soul. It moved through him and he loved being at live shows surrounded by music and dancing hearts and having that shared experience with a crowd of people he had yet to meet. Kevin was a talented  and creative artisan who put his heart into his work: always striving for perfection. Kevin was a kind soul and gave of himself generously to so many. He loved his family and friends with an unmatched fierceness and loyalty.

Along with his parents, Kevin leaves behind his sister, Katy (Michael Alvino) Fisher; uncles and aunts, Tim (Kathy) Fisher, Jessie Fisher, Michael Fisher, Denise (Peter McHugh) Kelly, Freddie (Lori) Kelly, Marianne Kelly, Jill Johnson, and Danny Kelly; many cousins; maternal grandmother, Annabelle Kelly; and friends. He was predeceased by his aunts, Doreen Kelly and Pasley Mansfield.

With COVID concerns, his family has decided to postpone an in-person celebration until it is safe for all of us. In the near term, they would love nothing more than for you to share with them a memory, a song, a photo, a quote, or anything else you are feeling by sending it to them at KevinFisherMemories@gmail.com.
