Lisa Ann Mathis, 50, of New Haven, beloved wife of the late Andrew Mathis, passed away on February 11, 2017 in Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 8, 1966 in New Haven to the late Walter and Mary Ann Vollano Wilczynski.

Lisa had a love for animals and was an excellent cook and homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors with her beloved husband with whom she is finally reunited. Lisa had a free spirit and adored her two grandchildren.

Lisa leaves her devoted daughter, Tasha Colon and her fiancé Eric Pichardo; her cherished grandchildren, Lizette Vazquez and Eric Pichardo Jr.; her brothers, Robert Wilczynski and Victor Wilczynski; and her brother-in-law, mother-in-law, and the late Joseph Mathis Sr., all from Marion, IL. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

Lisa will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew her and those who shared many memories with her.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford. Interment will be private.
