Norma L. Sampson

Norma L. Sampson, 87, beloved wife of the late Thomas Sampson, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2019. She was born on October 13, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Marie (Cunningham) and Lawrence Savarese.

Norma was a long time resident of New Fairfield. She was a successful real estate agent in that area for many years. She was happiest when spending time with family. She loved to cook and entertain guests.

Norma is survived by her son, Robert and his wife Cindy; two grandchildren, Tatiana and Thomas Sampson; three brothers, Frank, Edgar, and Lawrence Savarese; and two sisters, Anita Porzio and Ramona Mastrangelo.

In addition to her husband and parents, Norma was predeceased by her sister, Lorraine Russo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 7, 2019 at 11am at Saint John of the Cross Church, 1263 West Street, Middlebury, CT (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, CT-37, New Fairfield, CT.  The CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME in Milford is assisting the family with the arrangements.
