Raymond William Abed, 52, of Shelton, beloved husband of Isaura Abed, passed away on February 9, 2020. Born on June 3, 1967 in Bridgeport, he was the son of Barbara Lariccia and the late Ralph Abed.
Raymond felt the most at home and at peace riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He had an enormous passion for woodworking and art, from oil painting to air brushing, which he gifted to members of his family. Raymond will be remembered for his thirst for life and immeasurable heart, which was apparent to anyone who met him.
Raymond is also survived by his beloved daughters, Deneane Abed and Jessica DaCunha, and his daughter-in-law, Natalie DaCunha; his siblings, Ralph Abed Jr. and his wife, Donna Mcguire, Robert Abed, Denise Abed, and Cecelia Abed; his nieces and nephews; his uncles, Mark Lariccia and Kim Lariccia; his aunt, Joan Wirth; and his cousins, Rick Abed, William Meyers, and Deborah Frouge. Raymond was predeceased by his brother, Richard Abed; his sister, Linda Abed; and his cousin, Terrance Meyers.

Friends and family may call on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford. After services, Ray will be returned to the care of his family. There will be no burial at this time.
