Richie became a part of my life back in 2003 when I began dating his step-son, David Jalbert. I very quickly witnessed that in every way, Richie cared, loved and treated him as his own son! In the 14 years that I have had the pleasure of knowing Richie, he has touched my life and taught me many lessons throughout the years. Thank you for always making me so at home and comfortable in your home when we came home to visit. Our oldest son, Grayson had the pleasure of knowing his Grandpa and I treasure the moments shared and memories made. I’m so glad that you made the trip out to California to meet your youngest grandson, Colton when he was only weeks old! You will be greatly missed here on Earth! It is comforting to know that you are now at home with our Creator. My deepest condolences!

Over the past 31 years Richie has been there for me no matter what the circumstance. We had some tough times together when I was young, and with that some really fun times as well. Through everything Richie always treated me as his son, an I never thought of him as my stepfather he was a Dad to me. Richie you will be greatly missed, R.I.P I will always love you.

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness felt about your dad's passing. He had such am amazing personality. He always seemed to make the best out of any situation. He was always a ray of light and an inspiration. May you find great peace in all your memories. Truly sorry for your loss.

Dearest Debbie, Rena, Allysa and Michael and Fisk Family, It sounds like he was a very thoughtful man who was generous in spirit and love. He was certainly blessed with the loving family that surrounded him. I wish you peace during this very difficult time.

Throughout 31 years of my life Richie has always been there when I needed him. I remember when I was young, he would engage me in conversation and somehow, without me being aware, I would find myself sitting down talking to him and he always listened. I might not have always liked what he had to say but I always knew he genuinely cared. Troughout time I continue to seek him out. He defended me and protected me and I have no doubt he loved me. The relationship I had with him can never be replaced. Even 3000 miles didn't diminish the love and admiration I had for him. I called him Richie but really he was also my dad.

To My Loving Husband: My best friend, the other half that made my life complete. He was the one who was always there for me no matter what the circumstances. Waiting always to love & comfort me unconditionally. The one who gave me that some where to belong, that someone on whom I could count and feel loved no matter what. My own personal gift from GOD that just gave & never asked for anything in return. My life without him will be somewhat different but he will always be here, a part of me, in spirit, heart & soul. Til we meet again, watch over me always & know that I am at peace knowing you are with your Heavenly Father. My love for you could not hold you from the peace and glory of your GOD. I love & miss you Your loving wife

Both Bobbi and I were saddened to read of the passing of Richie. We had great times together going out to dinner, or just hanging out together. Rich always had that wry sense of humor, and was a fun person to be with. We also have special memories when we worked together on former Mayor Hank Povinelli's mayoral campaign! Though we haven't seen each other in years, I know we lost a true friend. Rest in peace buddy.
