Robert John Crivell, 70, formerly of Milford, beloved partner of 42 years to Richard Campion, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2017 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Born on February 1, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph and Wanda Crivello.  

Robert graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s degree. He had a successful career in pharmaceuticals. In his spare time, Robert enjoyed volunteering. He will be missed dearly by his friends and family.

Along with his partner, Robert is survived by his siblings, Patricia and Kimberly (nee Crivello) and their husbands, Walter and Mark; niece and nephews, Keith Kunkel, and Anthony, Nicky, and Natalia; great nieces and nephew, Sean, Shannon, and Bonnie; cousins, Steve and Terry and their children, Christopher, Johnathan, and Jenna; as well as Richard’s nieces and nephews and their families. Robert was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Crivello; niece, Laurie Carroll; great niece, Megan; and Patricia Farrell. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Robert’s friends, Stewart Rahr, Edward and Nancy Osman, and Billy Pedalino, as well as the doctors and nurses on his “Dream Team”, Dr. Barbara Burtness, Dr. Ronald Salem, Dr. Clarence Sasaki, and nurses Chris and Fran.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at 12 p.m. at Saint Mary Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at Orange Center Cemetery, Orange Center Rd., Orange.
