Ruth H. Peters

Ruth Virginia Heil Peters was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on February 20, 1926 and passed peacefully on July 18, 2021. She retired to Florida after working for Sikorsky Aircraft as a technical writer for 35 years. She was married to her late husband William Peters for 60 years. She lived a joyful, plentiful 95 years. She loved doing puzzles, playing Mahjong, reading, painting on ceramics, spending time with her family, and spoiling her kids and grandkids. Ruth had three children Sharon Wilson, William Peters and Michael Peters. Two that are no longer with us today. She was very fortunate to have 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She will forever be in all of our hearts. She is now reunited with her husband and two children and many other loved ones. She was there for all of us until the end and we are forever grateful for what she has done for all of us. She will be buried with them in Milford, CT.  We all love you so much! 

Rest In Peace Ruth! You will be missed.

Interment will take place on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at King's Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford, CT 06460.
