Virginia Barbara Christiana, 91, of Oxford, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2018. Born on May 21, 1926 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Humberto and Jane Minervini. Virginia was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing, and loved to shop. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Virginia is survived by her loving children, Dr. Richard (Mary Grace) Christiana and Jane (Angelo) Costantini; cherished grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Troy (Amiee) Christiana, Heather Silvester, Melissa (Matthew) Iacuone, Amanda (Edward) Larsen, and Steven Costantini; and beloved great-grandchildren, Tyson and Hazel Christiana, Chloe Silvester, Matthew and Benjamin Iacuone, and Jaxson Larsen. She was predeceased by her son, William H. Christiana; grandson, William A. Silvester; and siblings, Diana Alfenito and Paul Minervini.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on January 20, 2018, at 12 p.m. at Saint Jude Church, 707 Monroe Tpke, Monroe (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH).  Interment will be private.
