William Paul Gorske

William Paul Gorske, 88, of Milford beloved husband of Marlene (Arbia) Gorske, passed away on February 18, 2021. He was born in Bronx,NY.

William is survived by his children Frank J (Michelle) Gorske Sr. and William N (Stephanie) Gorske. His grandchildren Frank J (Lisa) Gorske Jr, Nicholas P (Anna) Gorske Sr, Maddie and Camden. He was the loving great grandfather to Angelina,Issac,Mia,Courtney, Aryanna and Nicholas Gorske Jr. William is predeceased by his parents

William served in the US Navy on the USS Trathen DD 530 during the Korean War from 1952-1956. He was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal, Navy occupation medal, Korean Medal and the UN medal during his service. He went on to work for Canada Dry for 32 years. After retiring from Canada Dry he went to work for Shop Rite in Milford for 20+ years with a smile on his face everyday. He was a avid lifetime New York Yankees and Giants fan. One of his passions was to coupon during his time off. William was called Dickie by his family members and Billy by others.
