Debra Ann Grant, 55, of Milford, passed away on April 21, 2017. Debra was born in Bridgeport, CT on May 29, 1961 to William E. Grant and the late Mary Kostenko Grant.

Debra was an excellent cook and baker and never missed an opportunity to cook or bake for her friends. She also loved to garden and nothing was more enjoyable and relaxing for her than spending time there, she liked to get her hands dirty. But her great loves were the rescue dogs that she took into her home. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her father, Debra is survived by her siblings, Jo-Ann (Robert) Maruszak, Joseph W. Grant, and William K. Grant; nieces and nephews, Lee (Tom) Juvan, Dr. Sandra (Eric Smith) Maruszak, and Karen Mary-Ann Grant; cousin, Eleanor (Don) Amoto; and her fur babies, Charlie, Zoey, Lollipop and Felix. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Mary Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford, CT (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Interment will be private. Friends and family may call on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT.
