Elizabeth S. Lowell, age 90, of Milford, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 12, 2014 with her loving family by her side.  Born on September 14, 1923 in Brattleboro, VT, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Blackwell Surprenant.  She will be deeply missed by family and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to Terri and Robyn from CT Hospice for all their care and attention that they gave to Elizabeth while she was in their care.
Elizabeth is survived by her sons William H. Lowell and Ricky J. Lowell, grandchildren Mary O’Neil and William J. Lowell, her sister Helen Jefts and great grandson Gabriel O’Neil. She is also survived by a nephew, five nieces, many friends, family and her beloved cat. She was predeceased by her husband William A. Lowell and her son Robert Lowell.  
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th at 10:30 am at St. Mary Church, 70 Gulf St., Milford, CT 06460.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice 100 Double Beach Rd, Branford, CT 06405.  To leave online condolences please visit our website at www.codywhitefuneralservice.com.
