To the family:
Mary was a special lady a year younger than my own mother. Conversation with her was always a delight. She taught my children and they adored her. She was on my running route and when I saw her she always waved me on.
I offer my deepest condolences. Sincerely Yours, Eric Muth

Mrs.Kennard was such a kind and loving person. Even though she wasn't my first grade teacher, she has always been one of my fondest memories of Orchards Hills. When I was 22 years old Mrs. Kennard was a client at the hair salon I worked for. When I saw her I asked if she remembered me. She said yes Donna, how have you been, do you still see Michelle Wright, Amy Zych and Janine Murray. I laughed and said yes how do you remember that, I wasn't even your student! She remembers everyone 💓 such a special lady. You will always be remembered with a smile and love. Rest in peace Mrs. Kennard😇

Our sincere sympathies at this difficult time. My dad spent a lot of time relating stories about growing up with his "big sister" Mary. He told me today about how he and his brother, Dick, used to drive her back and forth to college in New Jersey. She was an amazing lady. He hopes to make the service for her.

It was a joy to know Mary as a teaching colleague at Orchard Hills School. She was always ready to lend a helping hand if asked...especially to newer teachers. But she never offered unasked for advice. Mary was a fine educator and a fine woman. She will be missed.
"May God hold you in the palm of His hand," Mary.
