Terry, you are one of the most amazing people I have ever met. You truly changed my life through Rotary Exchange and I know that you have had a profound effect on every last inbound/outbound/rebound exchange student you have come across. We were so lucky to have you as a part of our lives and your joy and wit will live on in each of us all across the world. My deepest sympathy for your family, hoping they find peace in your great legacy.

Terry was the first person I met to get information about joining Milford Rotary. His passion, enthusiasm and his own commitment to "Service above self" convinced me this was the club I wanted to join.

I was always inspired by his extensive involvement in the club and I am grateful for his friendship.

May you rest now, my friend. And my deepest sympathy to the family.

Mathew 23:11 says that the greatest among us is the one who serves, and that's who Terry was, a true representation of Service Above Self. Thank you Terry for your example. You will be greatly missed.

As an alderman, Terry served our city well. As a Milford Rotarian, Terry went above and beyond the call of service in many areas especially leading our club twice as president, chairing the food subcommittee of our lobster bake, and spearheading our involvement in Rotary International Youth Exchange. He was the core of our youth exchange program, and I loved listening to him talk about the kids. Terry was our go-to man in all things Rotary. Smart. Kind. Dedicated. Generous. Fair. Gosh, I'll miss him.

Terry walked the walk and talked the talk. He believed in what he was doing and gave generously to his causes.
He worked tirelessly on Rotary Youth Exchange to make sure that the program was the best it could be for the students whom he loved; he kept them smiling. Terry was a great partner and a joy to work with. He always had my and many others' backs. When he became aware of a problem he immediately tried to resolve it with the best of intentions.
I miss him terribly. He was a true friend.

Jackie and the entire Munk family, I am so sorry for your loss.

He had a nickname for everyone...he called me "Blue". His humor was legendary in it's insightful sarcasticness. He was at times a genius, and a pain in the tuckas. He was generous and opinionated. He was a friend, and I shall miss him.

Our condolences to the family of a great community leader and a proud soldier. Terry, it seemed, served everywhere. I remember asking him at a Rotary meeting if he would serve on the Korea-Vietnam Memorial Committee, without hesitation he said yes. That's the kind of guy he was. There are many willing to serve and do little, but Terry went all out once he committed. He will be missed. Sincerely, Eric Muth & Family.

It's impossible to think of Milford Rotary without Terry. From being the gatekeeper to scare you about what it REALLY means to be in Rotary to LobsterBake to weekly commentary at the meetings...Terry, you will be greatly missed. Thank you for sharing your passion with us all. You helped make the world a better place.
