Dear Bill, Ruth and Family,

I was just on the Cody-White site and saw your family's name. I am so sorry to learn of the death of your son. I know the pain of losing a loved one, but I also know that the years of memories do help you get through this most difficult time. After reading the posts of family and friends, it's very obvious that Billy was a very special person, and he was loved by many. I hope you find some comfort in these beautiful tributes. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. ~Karen Zaneski

I will always remember my cousin Billy as "FOREVER YOUNG". I have memories of him as a young boy, playing his records, over and over again! Yankee doodle was one of his favorites! His special Train room that my Uncle made for him. Chasing me around the dining room table, Hide and seek ! The surprise attacks that had us all giggling! Walks to the beach, walks and more walks! He always asked about his Uncle Adolph when ever we were together. He wasn't just a cousin to me, to me..... he was a brother. He will be missed, but always remembered! Love You Billy

My most sincere condolances to Billy's family. I was so saddened to hear about his passing. Billy was such a pleasure to work with and always kept me smiling when he was around. He will be missed a great deal.

I remember my brother most of my life. When he lived home with us and when he lived in his home away from home facility. I use to love to go on the rides to bring him home after a weekend with the family. The funny movies we all watched with him. The funny stories and games we played around the dinner table. Billy loved being the clown and knew he had us all as a captive audience. Plenty of trains, more trains, and train stories, books, and train sets. Did I mention, he loved trains. Walter Woods, Snowy Girl, and a dozen more of real life people he immortalized. His presence was strong willed and loving. He had no problem laying down, sprawled across your lap to receive a back rub whether you wanted to give one or not. LOL All of these great thoughts will always be a part of my memories of my ever youthful, loving brother.

Loving him forever,
Sister, Claire Lamoureux

What I remember most about my brother, Billy...He had a very caring, loving heart, he was well mannered, very friendly and happy towards others! Even though he was not physically handicap, he would help his friends at the state homes who were in a wheelchair, and push them around to help! This one girl he pushed around in the wheelchair, he had a crush on her! LOL...(He might've been mentally challenged), but he was a big flirt to the cute women! He liked blond hair women, like; Vanna White, and Christine Applegate. LOL...Thank you, Billy for all the times we'd laughed, and cried...You'll always be my Big Brother, who will be "Forever Young" in my memories, and my life, till we meet up again! Love your sister Paula Sposili xoxoxoxoxox

I remember Billy fondly, relaxing on his living room couch enjoying his penchant for trains - a life-long hobby it seemed. Lots of books and magazines for the enthusiast. :-) Always more to learn. He will be sorely missed by his many friends and loving family.
'Missing him already.
Condolences to family and everyone whose lives he touched,
Lorraine Smith
